Welcome to TickCat (the "App"). This Monthly Auto-Renewal Service Agreement (the "Agreement") explains the terms and conditions applicable to automatically renewing subscription services provided through the App.
By enabling auto-renewal or completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not enable auto-renewal or proceed with the subscription.
Auto-renewal is a subscription billing method under which your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.
When auto-renewal is enabled, you authorize the App to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method for each renewal period.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at the time of purchase, such as monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
The subscription fee will be charged to your Google Play account within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, unless auto-renewal is canceled prior to that time.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Google Play account subscription settings. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access to subscription content will terminate automatically.
Subscription prices may vary by region and are subject to change in accordance with Google Play policies.
Any price changes will apply only to future billing cycles. Where required, you will be notified in advance and may be asked to confirm your consent before the new price takes effect.
All payments for auto-renewing subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Refunds, if any, are governed solely by Google Play’s refund policies.
TickCat does not provide refunds directly and is unable to process refund requests on behalf of users.
TickCat reserves the right to suspend or terminate auto-renewal services if you violate this Agreement, applicable laws, or platform policies.
Termination of auto-renewal does not entitle you to a refund for any fees already paid, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TickCat operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
TickCat may update this Agreement from time to time. Any updates will be effective once posted. Continued use of auto-renewal services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
Auto-renewal subscription services are available only to users who are at least 18 years old. By enabling auto-renewal, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
