Welcome to TickCat (the "App"). This Subscription Service Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your access to and use of subscription-based content and services provided through the App.
By subscribing, accessing, or using any subscription content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not subscribe to or use the subscription services.

TickCat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to subscription services if you violate this Agreement, applicable laws, or platform policies.
Upon termination or expiration of your subscription, your access to subscription content will immediately cease, and no refunds will be provided unless required by law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TickCat operates, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
TickCat may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective once posted. Continued use of subscription services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
The App offers paid subscription services through Google Play. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.
Subscription prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Price changes apply only to future billing cycles and follow Google Play policies.
All refunds are handled solely by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. TickCat does not process refunds directly.
Subscription services and content are intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old. By subscribing, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
All subscription content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App does not offer or facilitate any form of explicit sexual services, escort services, or real-world arrangements.
TickCat makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any subscription content. Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and use such content.
TickCat reserves the right to restrict, modify, or remove subscription content at any time to comply with applicable laws, platform rules, or community standards.
